Lucky instant noodles entered Chinese mainland in the late 1980s and were founded by Singapore Food Company. They invested in Zhenjiang Wei Jiayuan Food Co., Ltd. and Henan Taixin Food Co., Ltd. in Anhui, Henan and Jiangsu respectively.

After entering the mainland, it quickly opened the China market, covering almost the whole China market except Guangxi, Guizhou and Sichuan.
