Rice, shrimp, eggs, carrots, corn kernels, shallots, salt, a teaspoon of soy sauce.
method of work
1. Slice shrimps, dice carrots, cut shallots into chopped green onions, and break eggs.
2. Add oil to the wok, heat it, stir-fry shrimps, add eggs, stir-fry rice quickly, add carrots, corns and salt, continue to stir-fry the rice, pour soy sauce along the side of the wok, and stir-fry until the rice is dispersed. When the rice is very dry, add chopped green onion and stir-fry for another minute to get out of the wok.
