How to dissolve beans with protein?

Add the egg whites into the sugar three times to prevent the egg whites from wet foaming, that is, when the egg beater has a small hook, add the starch and sift the starch, and then beat several times at low speed until it is 90% fat. Don't use too much force, otherwise the surface of the dissolved beans will not be smooth, that is, it looks like there are many small holes, and it is easy to defoam if you beat it too hard.
In the picture, I added pink. When adding starch, I dipped a toothpick in a small amount of pigment, added it to the egg white, and sent it with starch.
Preheat the oven, then put it into a decorative bag with a silicone knife, put on gloves to keep warm, and it will be easy to defoam at high temperature, and then start to squeeze and dissolve the beans. It takes two hands to squeeze and dissolve beans, so the process will not be filmed and it is difficult for one person to operate. Put your finger against the decorative opening with one hand for easy positioning, and squeeze it with the other hand, which hurts and makes your finger very sour.
Bake in the oven and squeeze the next plate. My oven is 32L. Usually, I can squeeze more than one plate. Sometimes, in order to bake two plates, I only need three kinds of protein. Squeeze a dish and put it in the oven. Set the time to 40 minutes. Finally, continue to check. Handle the problem of uneven heating by yourself. Very troublesome.
Take it out of the oven, cool, put it away and seal it. Dissolved beans get wet easily.
