1, restore the phone to continue to use the way:
Please clear the lock screen password. When the phone is off, without USB cable plugged in, long press the volume up key and power key at the same time, release the power key when the boot screen appears, and then release the volume up key after 3 seconds, you can enter the Recovery mode. After entering, select Restore Factory Settings and reboot.
Note: After restoring the factory settings, the data in the phone will be deleted.
2. Please make sure that Find My Phone is enabled:
1) If Find My Phone is not enabled, you will enter the system directly after restoring the factory settings.
2) If Find My Phone is enabled, you still need to verify your Huawei account and password to activate your phone after restoring the factory settings, as follows:
A:With Huawei account password.
Please follow the prompts to enter the correct Huawei account and password (when connected to WLAN) and follow the on-screen prompts to activate and access your phone.
B:You have a Huawei account but have forgotten your password.
You can log in to the Huawei Cloud Services website from your computer and click Forgot Password on the login screen. After resetting your password, please use your Huawei account and the newly reset password to activate and access your Huawei phone.
C:The Huawei account number and password for enabling phone retrieval are both forgotten.
Please connect your phone to the WLAN network first, click the activation help prompted by the phone interface, and apply for activation in the pop-up interface, when the application is sent out, the button will change to the activation button. Then send a scan/copy of the purchase invoice, MEID/IMEI number, and 用于联系的邮箱或者手机号码到hwsupport@mail01.huawei.com email address by email. After the email is successfully sent, please get in touch with Huawei customer service hotline 4008308300 to apply for remote unlocking.
If the above methods still do not solve the problem, please bring the purchase invoice to an after-sales outlet.
