Hangzhou dishes, also known as Mazong cuisine, is an important part of Han nationality's food culture and belongs to an important school of Zhejiang cuisine. Originated in the Southern Song Dynasty for more than 1000 years. Hangzhou dishes has a long history. Together with Ningbo cuisine and Shaoxing cuisine, it constitutes the traditional Zhejiang cuisine.

Break the eggs in the prepared small bowl and separate the yolk from the egg white. Then add water starch to the egg white and stir well. Wash tofu, mushrooms and coriander respectively, and chop them into cubes and pieces. Wash the beef, cut it into pieces and blanch it with water.
