Figs contain many vitamins, minerals and polysaccharides. Has the effects of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney, moistening lung and promoting blood circulation, and caring skin.
The general practice of banyan:
1. Wash the fig with clear water, and take it out to control the water;
2. Shred beef, pour into a bowl and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch and appropriate amount of salt for 5 minutes;
3. Cut dried chili, shred ginger, slice garlic and cut onion;
4. Heat the oil in the pot, turn on a big fire, add shredded ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, add marinated shredded beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes;
5. Pour in the snow mushrooms, add appropriate amount of salt, stir fry for 2~3 minutes, take out the pot and put on the plate.
