Carcinogenic diet?
Pickled smoked food, barbecue food, moldy food and overnight food are all easily carcinogenic.

More than 3% of cancers are related to diet and nutrition. There is definite evidence that diet is directly related to cancer. Foods that are easy to cause cancer are listed as follows.

(1) Pickled and smoked food: Dimethyl nitrite contained in pickled food can be converted into carcinogenic substance dimethyl ammonium nitrite in the body. For example, shrimp paste, salted fish and pickles should be avoided as much as possible. Smoked foods often contain benzopyrene carcinogens, such as bacon, smoked liver, smoked fish, smoked dried bean curd, etc., and should be eaten as little as possible.

(2) Barbecue food: roast duck, roast beef, roast mutton, roast suckling pig, roast mutton skewers, etc., which are not suitable for eating because of their strong carcinogens.

(3) Moldy substances: When wheat, rice, beans, corn, peanuts and other foods are mildewed by moisture, aflatoxin will be produced, which can induce cancer.
