Ingredients
Pork loin one
Antler 6-10 slices
Several slices of cooking wine
Several slices of salt
Methods
1. Cut the loin in half, cut off the white netting in the center, scrub it with salt for 3-5 times and then soak it in salted water/white wine for 1-2 hours.
2. At the end of soaking rinse the pork loin, spread the antler on the cut side of one piece of pork loin and cover the other piece.
3. Put the pork loin and antlers into a slightly deeper bowl or basin or cup and add water that doesn't cover the pork loin. Pour in a moderate amount of cooking wine.
4. Pour water into the pot, put the bowl in which the pork loin is multiplied, and simmer for 1 hour. I am directly into the rice cooker, pressed 1 hour to cook soup.
5. Start eating.
