Honey lemon is made as follows:
(1) Prepare the right amount of honey and lemon in the right amount, and a dry and clean glass jar. First deal with the lemons, rinse the lemons first with water, then salt rubbed, again rinsed with water and dry, you can also use kitchen paper to dry the outer skin of the lemons directly. Next cut the lemon into thin slices and subsequently remove the lemon seeds, the lemon seeds must be cleaned otherwise it will have a bitter taste.
(2) Once the above preparation is done, start canning. Be sure to make sure the glass jars are clean, if you are not sure if they are clean, it is recommended that you scald the jars with boiling water, which will sterilize and disinfect the jars, and then let them dry before using. Pour a good amount of honey into the bottom of the jar, then add a layer of lemons, keep repeating this step until all the lemons are in the jar, and finally seal the top with honey so that all the lemons are immersed in the honey, and seal the jar in the refrigerator for storage.
When you want to drink it, take out the right amount of lemon slices and honey and drink it with water, but remember to pay attention to the temperature of the water.
