Take a wonton skin, add a proper amount of meat, fold it diagonally, fold the corner on one side to the opposite side, and fold the corner on the other side to the other side, and then wipe it with a little water to stick it.
The second way to wrap wonton is to put the meat stuffing in the middle of the wonton skin, fold it diagonally, press the two sides inward, and put the two corners up. It is best to wipe a little water to avoid scattering.
The third way to wrap Hong Kong-style wonton is to put the stuffing in the middle of the wonton skin and gently pinch it with a tiger's mouth. This wrapping method is very simple, saving time and effort.
The fourth way to wrap the gold ingot is to put a proper amount of meat stuffing in the middle, turn one third of one side to the middle, turn it up again, leave a small piece on the side, press the two sides tightly inside, and put a little water on the two corners. This wrapping method is common in northern China.
The fifth method is to directly sandwich the stuffing with chopsticks, and the last method is the big bag method, which is the same as the gold ingot method. The last two corners do not turn up, and the second is to cross together directly. There are many ways to wrap wonton.
