What are the symptoms of high cholesterol?
High cholesterol has no obvious symptoms for most people. For example, triglycerides are higher than 1.7mmol/L, and total cholesterol is higher than 5.7 mmol/L. In this case, cholesterol is generally high, and most people don't feel anything. Only when the cholesterol rise is very serious, some people may have physical manifestations, such as sclera yellowing, and local lipoma may also occur. For simple hypercholesterolemia, most of them have no symptoms. Hypercholesterolemia, which is harmful to human body, can easily lead to arteriosclerosis if it is high for a long time. If arteriosclerosis is formed once, plaque formation may lead to ischemic symptoms. There is no special discomfort for simple high cholesterol.
