Ingredients: beef stuffing 1 bowl, peanut (fried) 50g, sesame 20g, white sesame 20g, walnut 50g, almond 50g, peanut oil, chicken powder, yellow sauce 1 small bowl, Chili sauce, onion, ginger, sesame oil and sugar.
Method for making beef hot sauce

Stir beef into meat stuffing with food processor, add a little starch and cooking wine and mix well for later use.

Cut onion and ginger into powder for later use.

Prepare cooked peanuts and cooked black and white sesame seeds, walnuts and almonds. If it's raw, fry it in the pot first.

Put the nuts in a fresh-keeping bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Put two spoonfuls of peanut oil in the pot, heat it, add beef stuffing and stir fry. Stir-fry the minced meat, add half a spoonful of cooking wine, a little pepper, add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add a small bowl of soy sauce, simmer on low heat, stir-fry constantly to prevent the pot from burning.

Add a proper amount of Chili sauce to improve the taste, then add chopped nuts and stir constantly, add a spoonful of sugar, a little sesame oil and chicken powder to taste.
