Ingredients
50 grams of sweet almonds
200 ml of milk
10 grams of gelatin
20 grams of icing sugar
10 ml of honey
How to make it:
1 Put soaked almonds into a blender.
2 Inject 200 ml of water.
3 Cover the lid, select the "Start" button and puree the almond paste.
4 Leave the blender running for about 2 minutes to make almond juice.
5 Remove the blender body and pour the almond juice into a strainer to filter the almond juice.
6 Pour into a bowl and set aside.
7 Take a bowl, pour in water and add gelatin.
8 Stir well until the gelatin is dissolved.
9 Place the casserole on the heat, pour in the almond juice, milk and mix well.
10 Turn the heat to medium, heat for a few minutes, add the icing sugar and stir for about 3 minutes until the icing sugar melts.
11 Pour in the gelatin solution.
12 Stir constantly for about 2 minutes until the gelatin is completely melted.
13 Turn off the heat and serve the cooked almond milk in a bowl and place in the fridge for 3 hours.
14 Remove the chilled almond milk.
15 Invert on a sheet pan and cut into small pieces.
16 Serve on a plate and drizzle with honey.
Milk Almond Tofu
Ingredients
150g tofu
60g agar
30g almonds
40g almond flour
20g sugar cinnamon
100ml milk
sugar, salt to taste
How to make:
1 Prepare the tofu by cutting it in half, cutting strips and cubes and set aside.
2 Pour milk and agar in a pot.
3 Then pour a little water, add almonds, salt and sugar.
4 Add almond flour, stir well and heat to boil.
5 Pour in the tofu when it boils and cook for a few moments until it tastes good.
6 Put the cooked tofu into a plastic box and set aside.
7 Put the plastic box in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
8 Take out the tofu and remove the plastic bag.
9 Place the tofu on a cutting board and cut into large cubes.
10 Transfer the cubed tofu to a plate and drizzle with sugar cinnamon.
