Tiaotiao, pick up two, one is the scoundrel Qin Hui, the other is the Diao Po Wang, press them with a stick, twist them together, put them in the oil pan and fry them, still call them "fried cypress". Other restaurants saw this and followed suit. As a result, the whole city of Lin'an started making "fried cypress", and it soon spread throughout the country. "Fried cypress" has been passed down to this day, and many areas have renamed it "fried dough sticks", but there are still places called "fried braised noodles".

Step 5: Put a pot on the fire, pour oil into the pot, when the oil temperature is 60% hot, put the fried dough sticks in. Before putting them in, you can stretch the fried dough sticks with both hands and then lower them into the oil pan. Wait for the fried dough sticks to be in the oil pan. Use chopsticks to turn over at any time after setting in the pot.
Step 6: Fry until the fried dough sticks bulge and become golden on both sides, then remove the oil and place on a plate.
