Steps of frying garlic moss
1
Pick the garlic cloves, break into small pieces of about 1 cm, wash and drain; mince the green onion; slice the garlic; soak an appropriate amount of red pepper.
2
Turn on the heat, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, add a spoonful of salt and a few drops of cooking oil.
3
Pour the garlic moss into the pot and blanch it. When the water boils again, turn off the heat, take it out and control the water.
4
Put in another pot and turn on the heat. After the pot is hot, pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot. When the heat reaches 70%, add the onions, garlic and pickled peppers. Stir-fry until fragrant.
5
After it becomes fragrant, pour the blanched garlic into the pot and continue to stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
6
After about 2 minutes, add salt, chicken essence, and pepper powder to the pot to season, and pour in a little dark soy sauce for color.
7
Finally, stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and take out the pan.
