Ingredients: chicken wings, eggs, oil, light soy sauce, black pepper, cornstarch, salt and pepper, chopped parsley.
1. Poke a few holes on the chicken wings with a toothpick, add one spoonful of cooking wine, two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoonful of black pepper, and one spoonful of oyster sauce. Stir evenly and marinate for 1 hour. ?2. Pour off the excess juice, add two tablespoons of cornstarch, beat in an egg, and mix evenly. 3.
