Vegetarian roasted eggplant home cooking:
Main ingredients: 4 eggplants.
Accessories: 2 cilantro, 1/2 tsp of aged vinegar, 2 cloves of garlic, 15g of corn starch, half a pot of vegetable oil, 1 tbsp of peppercorns, 2 dried red chili peppers, 1 section of green onion, 1 tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
Steps:
