Materials: rice
Practice:
Wash the rice, drain the water, or use kitchen paper to absorb the water on the surface of the rice.
Burn dry the water in the pot, turn on low heat, pour in the washed and drained rice.
When stir-frying the rice, you must be very patient and not in a hurry. Stir-fry slowly over low heat and keep stirring with a spatula.
During the stir-frying process, you will notice that the rice has turned from wet to dry, one grain at a time. The color changes from white to light yellow, and then from light yellow to dark yellow, and when the rice is stir-fried, it is ready to come out of the pot.
