4. Preventive measures

1. The new machine is used for the first time, so it must be run in, otherwise it will not work normally.

7. After the machine is used for a certain period of time or a certain number of granules are extruded, if the granules are crushed or not solid, turn the millstone into the mixed feed below and add 2%-4% water.

9. When the granulator is used for the first time, it should work at low load for about 40 hours, and then replace the gear oil in the gearbox. After 100 hours, it should be replaced regularly, and all bearings should be lubricated regularly.

10, the granulator works continuously, and the motor heats up to 70 degrees, which is normal.
