2. Put sugar and water in the pressure cooker.
3. Stir evenly.
4. Cover the pot, start steaming, and keep the stove on for 8 minutes, then turn off the heat and release the pressure.
5. After opening the lid, turn on medium heat for 2 minutes and pour out the sugar water inside.
6. Dry fry for 1 minute. The water will almost evaporate (here we are talking about the inside of the pot and the chestnut peel). If you are afraid of oil splashing, you can fry for a while longer.
7. Pour in cooking oil, stir-fry until fragrant, and stir-fry for 5 minutes (this time is controllable and can only be longer than 5 minutes, otherwise the chestnuts will be very wet and no different from boiled), stir evenly. No need to stir all the time to reduce arm soreness.
8. Stir fry evenly. It will be more oily, attractive, and has a bit of honey sweetness.
9. When cooked, put on a plate.
