Steak soaked in water for 20 minutes to remove the blood, blanch and drain
Step 2Pour a moderate amount of oil in the pot, ginger and garlic, star anise, sesame leaves and go down to stir-fry, the steak a piece of down to fry. Add the rock sugar and stir-fry. Use the conch soup as the soup base, it will be sweeter.
