Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, seasoned chicken juice, raw flour, shredded ginger and chopped green onion.

1. Ingredients: chicken wings and seasoned chicken juice.
2. Wash the chicken wings, cut off the skins on both sides of the chicken wings (my family eats them) and cut them in half.
3. Season with proper amount of chicken juice.
4. Add appropriate amount of corn starch and olive oil, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
5. Apply a proper amount of shredded ginger to the marinated chicken wings.
6. Put it in a steamer.
7. Cover the pot and fire.
8. Steam 15 minutes and turn off the fire.
9. Sprinkle a proper amount of chopped green onion and serve.
