2. Cut the pork into large pieces, cut the dried tofu into pieces, and mince the garlic for later use. Pour a little olive oil and minced garlic into a cast iron pot and stir-fry minced garlic.
3. Add the pork pieces prepared in advance and stir-fry until the meat turns white.
4. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, stir-fry until the pork is sauce-colored, then add dried beans and stir-fry several times.
5. Add water (more than the ingredients), soy sauce, sugar, star anise and a little sea salt and mix well.
6. After boiling, cover the lid and simmer for about 1 hour, then turn off the fire and simmer for about 20 minutes.
