The Practice of Braised Pork with Taiwan Province Flavor; Steps of Making Braised Pork with Taiwan Province Flavor
1. Material: 700g of plum blossom meat, 300g of dried bean curd, 4-5 cloves of garlic, proper amount of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of star anise, 0//2 teaspoons of sea salt/kloc-0, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce (fried meat) and 50ml of soy sauce (stewed).
