Ingredients: 1 sea bass
Accessories: appropriate amount of green onion, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of light soy sauce
1. Wash the sea bass.
2. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, put in the iron rack, put the fish, cover and steam for about 10 minutes.
3. Steam the fish and pour out the juice.
4. Cut green onion into sections and shred ginger. (For the sake of beautiful appearance, you can omit the white scallions)
5. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the white scallions and shredded ginger and saute until fragrant.
6. Over low heat, pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir.
7. Pour in the green onions, stir, and turn off the heat.
8. Pour it on the fish immediately.
