Exercise:
1 Wash squid and cut into strips, blanch in boiling water 15 seconds, remove and rinse with clean water.
2 Pour hot oil into onion, ginger and minced garlic bean paste and stir-fry red oil. Add onion and squid and stir well.
3 Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a little salt, 2 tablespoons of cumin powder, half a spoonful of Chili noodles, chicken essence and green pepper, and stir-fry until it is broken.
