1. Materials: black rice one or two, barley one or two, glutinous rice one or two, round-grained rice one or two, peanut kernels appropriate amount, red dates appropriate amount, coreless white lotus appropriate amount, white sesame appropriate amount (is also my self-proclaimed eight treasures of thin rice)
2. process: 1) first black rice, barley, Coreless white lotus, jujube wash, with
water soak open
2) black rice, Job's tears, coreless white lotus, jujube into the pot of water to cook
open (water high in the 24CM pressure cooker or rice cooker half),
and then into the glutinous rice, round-grained rice, peanut kernels, white sesame seeds boiled
transferred to a small fire to cook until nearly sticky, cover the lid smothered for a while, that is, into a delicious black rice porridge
