Half a catty of asparagus
About 20 fresh shrimps.
Proper amount of oil
A teaspoon of salt.
A little cooking wine
How to fry asparagus shrimp?
Remove the shrimp line from the back of fresh shrimp, shell it into shrimp, add half a spoonful of salt and cooking wine and marinate for a while.
Use a planer to peel off the hard skin of the lower part of asparagus (the tender part of the upper part need not be peeled), and cut it into sections obliquely.
Heat the oil pan with high fire, add asparagus and shrimps (it's not a big problem to put them together), stir-fry until the shrimps turn red, add a spoonful of salt, stir-fry for a while, and stir well.
