The three demons in Aru's body are the White Ghost, Red Ghost and Blue Ghost.

The Blue Ghost, the Red Ghost, and the White Ghost, who has yet to appear in a scene (tentatively), are in Aru's body. At one point, the Red Ghost said that he ate different foods, and Nitro had a concept of the Red Universe or something like that.

The power up from going into the food world is too fast, the first 200 or so words are only 100 or so levels, and then 100 or so words later it reaches about the same level as the NEO, although in the end it relies on the White Ghost in the body. Other than a bit of bad battle power, it's still very good and more down to earth.

Once he fought against Aru to protect the Food King AIR, and easily defeated him, but then the food cell demon "Blue Ghost" in Aru's body went on the rampage, and he was barely able to fight against the King of the Horse. Later on, Komatsu succeeds in cooking AIR, which allows the Horse King to absorb enough air and give birth to a child, thus turning his enemy into a friend. In order to repay Komatsu and the others, he took the initiative to help them clear the passageway from the Eighth Continent to the earthly realm.

Aru (トリコ, also transliterated as Trico) is the male protagonist of the Japanese anime work Gourmet's Captive. One of the Four Heavenly Kings of Gastronomy, he has three rare food demons inside him. Aru is a superb eater and big drinker who can easily eat a meal for over a hundred people and drink highly alcoholic (83%+) summer whiskey in one gulp. His sidekick is Komatsu.
