Hehu New Residence is located atNo. 1, Luorui North Street, Nanlian Community, long gang zhen, Longgang District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. During the reign of Emperor Qianlong of Qing Dynasty (1736-1795), the new house of Hehu was founded by Luo Ruifeng, the founder of Hehu New House, and reached Daoguang (1782-1850). Hehu new residence covers an area of 14432 square meters, with a total area of about 25,000 square meters (including Half Moon Pool Peace).
The new house of rivers and lakes is a typical Hakka enclosure in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, which combines the essence of Hakka enclosures in Fujian, Guangdong and Jiangxi. Covering an area of10.5 million square meters, plus 25,000 square meters of Heping and yuechi county, it is one of the largest Hakka residential buildings in China, and the most complete and representative of the existing more than 300 Hakka enclosed houses in Shenzhen.
Cultural activities:
During the 7th ICIF on 20 17, with the theme of "Hakka Tourism and Culture Festival in Hehu New Residence", activities such as "Funing Bridge Monument Exhibition", "Ironing-Zou Wei and Liu Yuping Collection China Ancient Ironware Exhibition" and "Dengqing Homeland-Zhu Biao Kerosene Lamp Collection and Theme National Exhibition" were held in Hehu New Residence.
During the National Day of 20 19, a special photo exhibition entitled "East Wind Spreading to the West-Special Exhibition of Guangdong Maritime Silk Road during the One-stop Trade" was held in the new residence of Hehu, sponsored by Dongguan Culture, Radio, Film and Television Press and Publication Bureau, Guangdong Provincial Museum (Provincial Mobile Museum) and opium war museum, and assisted by Shenzhen Longgang Hakka Folk Museum.
