2. Cut the top of the pumpkin at 1/3, and clean the seeds and pulp.
3. Cut the ribs into small pieces, put rice wine and a small amount of soy sauce to catch them evenly, then sprinkle with steamed meat powder (there is no substitute for rice flour) and catch them evenly by hand.
