Principle:
When working, start the machine first and then discharge the material. When used in the production of canned lunch meat, the fat meat needs to be roughly twisted and the lean meat needs to be finely twisted, and the needs of rough twisting and fine twisting are achieved by changing the grid. There are several kinds of holes in the grid, usually 8-10 mm in diameter for rough twisting and 3-5 mm in diameter for fine twisting. Roughly twisted and finely twisted grid plates have the thickness of10-12 mm ordinary steel plates.
Because of the larger hole diameter of coarse twisting and easier discharging, the rotating speed of screw feeder can be faster than that of fine twisting, but the maximum is not more than 400 rpm. Generally at 200-400 rpm. Because the total area of holes on the grid plate is certain, that is, the discharge amount is certain, when the feed screw rotates too fast, the material is blocked near the cutter, resulting in a sudden increase in load, which has a bad influence on the motor.
