The reasons are as follows:
1. More than 99% of the genetic components of soybean oil have been broken down into chemical molecules, and there is no longer any genetic function. Soybean oil after deep processing, pressing, distillation and other repeated processes, almost no complete gene fragments, that is to say, all into a chemical molecule, no gene structure. Even if it is genetically modified, the genetic components transferred into the infinite decomposition and digestion in the invisible, so even if the genetically modified itself has a risk, but made into oil, the risk of conversion into a very small.
2, the current market of genetically modified soybean soybean is imported from abroad genetically modified soybean, not only through the domestic safety evaluation, has long been the most conservative GMOs of the European Union Safety Evaluation Center's assessment, the approval of the market for nearly a decade, and did not observe a significant toxic effect. Legitimate genetically modified (GM) food is required to be evaluated by the GM Safety Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture in a series of safety risk steps, including "field trials", "animal food safety experiments", "biosafety evaluation", and so on. The Center for Genetic Modification Safety Evaluation of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China has gone through 5-6 steps including "field test", "animal food safety test", "biosafety evaluation" and a series of safety risk assessment.
3, but because the development of genetic modification itself is only a decade, the long-term effects, such as the impact on the ecology, or out of the transfer of genes caused by the other shape of the grain itself chronic changes, there is no long-term observation data. Therefore, there is its uncertainty. Currently the most controversial genetically modified food in China itself has two problems: the right to know about genetic modification, consumers do not know whether the products they buy contain genetically modified; and secondly: many genetically modified crops have been brought into the market in large quantities without undergoing scientific safety approval and evaluation. But the situation is most serious with rice and papaya, and less so with soybeans.
