Salt is about 300g.
Zanthoxylum bungeanum, star anise, dried chilli, fragrant leaves and fennel.

Double yellow eggs are bigger than ordinary eggs, and my jar is small, only 13 can be put.
Wash the eggs and dry them.
Boil salt water. Use a jar to measure the amount of water. All the eggs should be submerged. Add pepper, star anise, dried chilli leaves (three or four slices are enough), cook fennel for a few minutes, then add salt and boil until the salt water is saturated, and let it cool.
After the eggs are dried, dip them in Chinese liquor (tip 1) and put them in a sealed can.
Pour in the cold salt water, flood all the eggs in the house, cover the lid with plastic wrap and leave it in a cool and dry place for 30 days.
