40 grams of peanut butter
150 grams of rich dark chocolate
80 grams of Nestle Crispy cereal
How to make chocolate chip cookies?
Break the chocolate into small pieces. I used a large piece of Dove dark chocolate. It would be best if there are high-quality chocolate particles.
Put the chocolate in a water-free and oil-free basin and melt it by heating over water. Use a rubber spatula to stir while heating to melt.
Add peanut butter to melted chocolate and stir until thick.
After it cools down, add the Crispy cereal.
Stir evenly.
Pour into a mousse box with a side length of 14 cm, smooth the surface with a spatula, and compact.
Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to solidify, then take it out and cut into pieces.
