Practice of home-cooked vegetable dough soup
Last night, Baby went home and cooked her favorite vegetable, Flammulina velutipes and tomatoes, and two canola. I made vegetable soup, so I will share it with you.

Tools/materials: a handful of Flammulina velutipes, two small tomatoes, two rapeseed, appropriate amount of flour, onion, pepper, edible salt, a little peanut oil, an egg and a little sesame oil.

0 1 First, two canola, two tomatoes, a handful of Flammulina velutipes and a section of shallots to be used are ready to be cleaned for later use.

Chop the washed rape, mince the onion, cut the tomatoes into pieces, cut the Flammulina velutipes into the middle, and divide them into two sections for later use. Beat an egg and put it in a bowl for later use.

When all the dishes are ready, we will prepare the dough for the dough soup. Take a proper amount of flour, add a little pure water and stir it with chopsticks for a while. When it feels dry, add a little more water and stir it with chopsticks again until it almost becomes dough as shown in the figure.

Put a small amount of peanut oil in the wok, heat the wok to cool the oil, put the chopped green onion into the wok, pour in the prepared Flammulina velutipes and tomatoes respectively, stir fry quickly for a while, and add appropriate amount of water.

After boiling, pour the cut rape into the pot, so that the vegetables are very appetizing, red, green and white. After adding rape, open the pot again, and we should prepare the pimples below.

While the rape is boiling, prepare the following pimple, use chopsticks to clip a pimple from the prepared dough, and put it into a vegetable soup pot to cook. The sandwiched pimple is large, small, thin and thick, and it is generally cooked quickly according to your own taste, until the dough is clipped into a pimple and put into the pot.

After putting all the pimples in the pot, usually cook for 3-5 minutes. If you are afraid of being unfamiliar, cook more. After it is basically cooked, pour in the beaten eggs and stir well. Turn around the pot and pour in the egg liquid. Use chopsticks to paddle and stir it. Just float the eggs on the noodle soup.

Finally, before turning off the fire, add a proper amount of salt and pepper, stir well, and cook for one minute to turn off the fire. Those who like sesame oil can pour in sesame oil, serve it in a bowl, and the vegetable soup with good color and flavor will be ready.
