Peel the Lychee shells and remove the kernels, and set aside.

Put the rock sugar into the pot and combine with brown sugar.

Next, add some water.

Boil and cook until the rock sugar melts.

Then, combine the peeled lychees, boil and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

Finally, turn off the heat, let it cool, and put it into the refrigerator to chill it for better flavor.
