1. Pork belly cut into pieces for later use.
2. Wash the dried radish and cut it into pieces for use.
3. Chop ginger and garlic into paste.
4. Heat the pan, coat it with a thin layer of cooking oil, then pour the pork belly and stir-fry until both sides are slightly yellow. Add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Season the soy sauce with salt.
5. Pour in the dried radish and stir fry, add a little warm water and simmer until the pork belly is fully cooked.
6. Add chopped green onion and stir well.
