Ingredients:
Chicken breast/thigh approx. 250g
Eggs 2pcs
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Chicken powder
Salt
Black pepper
Breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon
Method:
Chicken nuggets cut into small pieces. strong> Directions:
Cut the chicken into small pieces, marinate with salt, chicken powder, black pepper and soy sauce for 15 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of raw oil to the marinated chicken and mix well.
Pour appropriate amount of cornstarch into the chicken and mix well, each piece of chicken is evenly coated with cornstarch.
The chicken pieces coated with starch will look like this. Beat two eggs and pour them into the chicken (I forgot to take a picture here), mixing well so that each piece of chicken is evenly coated with the egg mixture
Here's where you can preheat the oven, 400°F (roughly 205°C). Place each egg-coated chicken piece into the breadcrumbs and roll it in the breadcrumbs to coat it, and line it up on a baking sheet (line the bottom of the baking sheet with baking paper).
Bake on the top shelf of the oven at 400°F for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and turn the chicken pieces over and bake for another 7 minutes.
