Coconut milk 200 ml mango 500 g
Pure milk 250 ml sugar 80 g
Bright film (fish film) 50g water 250ml.
Method for making coconut mango cake
1. Prepare all materials.
2. Cut the gelatin into small pieces, soak it in cold boiled water for about 10 to 15 minutes, and then pour off the water.
3. Add water and milk to the pot and bring to a boil.
4. Then turn off the fire, add coconut milk and sugar and mix well.
5. Soak the soft gelatin and put it in a pot to be liquefied.
6. Then pour the gelatine into the milk and coconut milk and stir well. Let it cool for later use.
7. Peel the mango, cut it into small pieces and put it in a fresh-keeping box.
8. Pour the cooled coconut milk into the fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours. (I left it all night)
