Steps of garlic prawn:
1 Chop garlic into mud and put it in a bowl. Heat the salad oil and pour it into the garlic paste.
2 Longkou vermicelli (washed vermicelli) is soaked and spread at the bottom of the plate. Have been to the shrimp line, the back of the knife-fronted shrimp was soaked in water. The purpose of not steaming grilled shrimp directly is to avoid being too fishy when steaming. Then put the blanched prawns on the vermicelli.

4. Steam the shrimp in the pot, because the shrimp is boiled, so it only needs boiling water 10 minute. After cooking, pour off the excess juice and pour in a little Lee Kum Kee soy sauce. The salad oil is heated and poured on the steamed prawns.
