The cooking method of lettuce leaves
1, cold
Main ingredients: lettuce tender leaves 1 hand. Accessories: vinegar, sugar, chili oil. Seasoning: soy sauce, sesame oil, monosodium glutamate.
Practice: lettuce leaves washed, scalded with boiling water, fished out and drained to cool, properly cut for use. Soy sauce, vinegar, sugar according to the ratio of 2:2:1 into a sauce, according to personal taste plus monosodium glutamate and chili oil, sesame oil. Mix the blanched lettuce leaves with the above seasonings.
2, fried
Materials: lettuce leaves a hand, garlic four or five cloves.

3, lettuce leaf egg soup
Main ingredients: egg (a), lettuce leaves (moderate). Accessories: cooking wine (moderate), vinegar (moderate), salt (moderate), starch (moderate), sesame oil (moderate).
Practice: one egg beaten, one-third spoon cooking wine, one-third spoon water, a few drops of vinegar and beat well. (Into the wine can go to the egg fishy, into the vinegar and water can make the egg more tender, but do not add more.) A small bowl of water starch standby. Lettuce leaves soaked and washed, pot of water, half a teaspoon of salt and a few drops of oil, lettuce leaves into the boiling water blanching for a few seconds.
