The Nutrition Society of China recommends that a healthy adult man should eat 65g of protein and a woman 55g of protein every day. You can also roughly estimate how much protein you need every day according to the weight of .8-1g of protein per kilogram. The following figure shows the dietary protein reference intake of China residents:
There are fish and shrimp, livestock and poultry meat, eggs, milk, beans, bean products and cereals that can provide you with rich protein in your daily life. Besides cereals, fish and shrimp, livestock and poultry meat, eggs, milk, beans and bean products are all good sources of high-quality protein. Although beans and bean products provide plant protein, their nutritional value is close to animal protein, so they belong to high-quality protein. Although the plant protein provided by cereals does not belong to high-quality protein, it does not mean that cereals are not needed to provide protein, because protein of cereals and other foods can complement each other, and cereals (lacking lysine) and beans (rich in lysine) can be eaten together (such as red bean rice), which is more comprehensive in nutrition.
I hope it's helpful to you, and hope to adopt it!
