Use chicken and potatoes as raw materials, add red peppers, carrots, ginger slices, garlic cloves, cooking oil and other ingredients and braise it to complete. The specific method is as follows:
Main ingredients: half chicken, 500 grams of potatoes, 10 grams of red pepper, 20 grams of carrots, appropriate amount of ginger slices, and appropriate amount of garlic cloves.
Accessories: 10 grams of cooking oil, 5 grams of salt, 1 tablespoon of sand tea sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and 100 grams of water.
1. Wash the chicken first, then chop it into pieces and set aside.
2. Peel, wash and cut potatoes and carrots respectively.
3. Turn on the enamel electric stew pot, select the braise function button, pour in cooking oil, heat for a while and then pour in the garlic and ginger slices.
4. When there is a sizzling sound in the pot, pour in the chicken and stir-fry evenly with a wooden spatula.
5. Stir-fry until the surface of the chicken turns white and the chicken skin shrinks, then add cooking wine, sand tea sauce and a little salt.
6. After stir-frying for about 3 minutes, add potatoes and carrot pieces. Then pour in appropriate amount of water and mix the ingredients evenly.
7. Cover the pot and adjust the time to 1 hour and 30 minutes. After the cooking time is over, add the chili peppers and mix well, scoop up or take out the whole pot and serve.
Notes:
You don’t need to blanch the braised chicken, or you can blanch it and put it in cold water to ice it, which can make the meat firmer.
