It's named because it looks like a horseshoe. It's round, hollow in the drum cavity, open at one side, horseshoe-shaped, and divided into three layers: bottom, pulp and cover. The spiced seasoning cover is covered with sesame seeds, and baked with sawdust in the sesame cake oven. It is crispy and delicious with pork head, bacon or sausage and Dingzhou braised pork. There is a saying that "you can't eat enough pancakes", which is a unique flavor of Anguo.
2. Folding cakes
Folding cakes is also called "cake folding" and "Nunao". Add water to millet flour or corn flour and sorghum flour to make paste, fry and stew in a pancake folding pot, fold it in half and take it out when cooked. It is also made by mixing sweet potato flour, millet and corn flour with starch-made sour pulp or pig blood, which is called "sour cake folding" and "snow cake folding".
