Guilin is a city full of spirit and characteristics.
Guilin's landscape is the best in the world, and it is also the most realistic portrayal, giving people an illusory temperament and visual sense, allowing your mind to be fully released and satisfied.
This is the latest Guilin food guide.
1. Chongshan Rice Noodles—Guilin Chongshan is the most famous and the most recommended.
Although it may not be the most authentic that locals recommend, I still want to try it.
Chongshan Rice Noodles Head Office is on Yiren Road, close to Zhengyang Pedestrian Street.
Order at home, the price is very reasonable.
However, it should be noted that in rice noodle shops in Guilin, the store will introduce some so-called signature, gold medal rice noodles or recommended packages at the front of the menu.
The set meal may include more than one braised egg and more than one drink, but the price may be ten yuan more expensive, which is not cost-effective.
Just order the cheapest rice noodles in pairs~ It’s just that the bowls used for rice noodles are different, the single price of four or five is all in the latte pot.
It would be better if you order an expensive set meal or a signature dish.
Authentic Guilin rice noodles are all dry-mixed, without soup.
In the three days I was here, I only had rice with soup once, and I found it delicious after mixing it dry.
There's a lot of meat in the rice noodles and it's really satisfying.
I prefer pot roast pork and pot roast pork, crispy and delicious.
2. Luo Old Brand Snail Noodles—opposite Guilin Chongshan Rice Noodles. This snail noodle lover recommends it with five stars.
It smelled bad, but tasted really good and ended up eating it all.
Although the shops are all in tourist attractions, there are also many locals who come to eat.
3. Laodongjiang-Guilin This restaurant was recommended by a Didi driver, who said it was a rice noodle shop that locals liked more than Chongshan.
I don't know if it's because I came a little late and they don't have round noodles or flat noodles, or because it's closing so there are no pickles, but it doesn't affect its deliciousness.
It's really better than the one in Chongshan. The stew is especially delicious.
The headquarters is on Longyin Road.
Recommend you try it!
Locals would line up to go to the restaurant in the morning.
If you go, go early as it closes around 4pm.
4. Mango Gang—Guilin and Guangxi are rich in Daqing mango seeds. I saw everyone’s recommendations when I was doing a guide before coming here.
Be sure to try Mango Gang, there is one on Yiren Road.
I ordered a plain mango for 25 with coconut milk underneath.
The mangoes in Guangxi are really delicious, big and juicy.
5. Master Beer Fish—Yangshuo Yangshuo’s beer fish and snail wine, knock on the door and meet!
Ate at the strongly recommended Chef Beer Fish Main Store.
6. Roadside Rice Noodles—Yangshuo This is the rice noodle I ate in Yangshuo.
I've tried rice noodles with soup, and they taste better dry.
7. Kumquats Kumquats sold on the street. The kumquats in Guangxi really overturned my previous understanding of kumquats.
Really delicious, thin skin and sweet fruit.
8. Passion fruit juice and passion fruit Guangxi is rich in passion fruit. Whether it is passion fruit juice or passion fruit dug with a spoon, you cannot miss it.
