Xibei Restaurant came to Beijing in June, 1999, and then developed to Shenzhen, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Shanghai. It pioneered the dedication of green and healthy oat noodle food with a long history, unique and simple northwest folk dishes, rich Mongolian and northwest regional cultural customs, decorative style with perfect combination of tradition and fashion, and provided high-quality services full of human feelings to consumers all over the country.

Inner Mongolia Xibei Catering Vocational School was renamed as Inner Mongolia Xibei Chef School, and its location was moved from Jinshan Development Zone in Hohhot to Dongsheng District in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia.
