1. Name of vaccine: Covid-19 inactivated vaccine-produced by Beijing Kexing Zhongwei Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

2. Inoculation targets: community residents and employees of enterprises and institutions aged 18 and above in Yantai High-tech Zone who have not been vaccinated with the first dose, and people who have completed the first dose of inactivated vaccine in Covid-19 before April 16, 221 and need to be vaccinated with the second dose; None of the above personnel need to make an appointment in advance. Inoculation site: deltoid muscle of upper arm.

3. Vaccination time: Vaccination began at 8: 3 am on June 6th, and continued at noon until the vaccination was finished.

5. Contraindications:

The following people cannot be vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccine: 1. Those who have had severe allergic reactions to vaccines in the past; 3. People with uncontrolled epilepsy and other serious nervous system diseases; 4. Those who are suffering from fever, or acute diseases, or acute attacks of chronic diseases, or patients with uncontrolled serious chronic diseases; 5. Pregnant women.

VI. Precautions

1. Carry ID cards, mobile phones and other items, wear masks, and do not vaccinate on an empty stomach. It is recommended to wear loose clothes that are easy to put on and take off.

2. Line up orderly according to the signs, and keep a distance of more than one meter. Take the initiative to provide doctors with their own health status, the drugs they have taken recently, fill in the informed consent form truthfully, and those who take the second dose need to show the health code or vaccination certificate of the first dose.

3. After inoculation, you need to stay at the inoculation point for 3 minutes, and you can leave the inoculation point only after no discomfort.

4. Keep the injection site dry and pay attention to personal hygiene on the day of inoculation. If there is a persistent fever, you should seek medical attention in time and report to the vaccination unit or district CDC.
