Ingredients: yeast (15g), egg (1), butter (3tsp), flour (3.5 cup), milk (2tsp).
Accessories: sugar (3tsp), salt (1tsp), warm water (1cup), egg white (1 piece).
Production steps 1. Prepare all materials.
2. Mix yeast, hot water, and 1/2 cup of flour, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment in a warm place for 15 minutes.
3. After 15 minutes, the yeast becomes active, bubbles appear, and the liquid becomes viscous.
4. Add eggs, sugar, salt, and melted butter and stir.
5. Add the remaining flour and beat with a whisk for 5 minutes until a very sticky dough forms. Cover and ferment in a warm place for 2 hours until doubled in size.
6. Fermentation is completed and set aside.
7. Take out the fermented dough.
8. Sprinkle flour on the cooking surface, take out the fermented dough from the basin, shape it without kneading, and cut it into 8 small portions.
9. Shape 8 small pieces of dough, place them on baking paper, and sprinkle a thin layer of flour on them.
10. Place in a warm place and ferment for about 20 minutes until doubled in size.
11. Beat egg whites and milk into egg liquid and set aside.
12. Dip a brush into egg liquid on top of the fermented dough, brush lightly, and then sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
13. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees in advance and bake for 15-17 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
14. Move the bread to a rack and let cool until ready to use.
