There are many kinds of red river stones, some of which are rich in silica, dense in texture and smooth in skin, similar to painted pottery stones in Guangxi, and some of which are hard and not easy to corrode in the middle, but hard and moist in texture. The agate stone produced in Ding Wei and the area outside the Liting River is rich in silica and timely, with a strong sense of jade, hard and brittle in the middle. Its stone skin is comparable to jadeite, like colored glass. If it is frozen, and there are many pits on the surface of the stone body, the wrinkles will change, which makes it look extraordinary. Good rocks can also produce exquisite products. The rock is partially buried by stones and surface stones. Most of the stones on the surface are weathered, and the stones are not as good as those buried in the ground. Buried stones were buried in the soil when the ancient riverbed was washed away by water and diagenesis. The stones buried in Camel Mountain are delicate and firm, similar to water stones. Dongwang, Yin Mu, Bamao and Gan Song all produce good stones, and they are all very good. Roto porphyry jade has a high degree of silicification, and its hardness ranks first among Luodian strange stones. This kind of stone is rich and luxurious, and it is a "noble" among the strange stones. A new member of Hetian jade (nephrite) family, produced in Luodian County, Guizhou Province. The common jade in Luodian is stone (made of mountain materials), which is white with gray, partly pure white, a little light green and rarely yellow. There is also a seed material with tare weight of about 100 kg on the market, but its internal color, structure and moisture cannot be seen. The feeling of mountain materials is that the brightness is good, the oiliness is not enough, and the surface is dry. After processing, the finished carving is white and flawless, with a sense of bone China. Slightly poor transparency is compensated by light transmittance, which makes it feel oily after polishing.
