How to use seafood sauce
Seafood sauce can be used to make seafood sauce noodles.

Ingredients: 300g noodles, 40g seafood sauce, 50g shrimp, 60g clams and 50g squid whiskers.

Seasoning: olive oil 5g, okra 2g, onion 1g, ginger 3g, cooking wine 10g.

Practice steps:

1. Prepare ingredients: XO sauce, noodles, shrimp, clams, squid whiskers and okra. First, soak clams in salt water for more than 2 hours and let them spit out sand.
